The Company began operations in 2003 and is externally managed and advised by Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, a national commercial real estate finance company that has 11 sales and origination support offices throughout the United States.

Our Structured Finance Group specializes in developing capital solutions for high end borrowers with complex real estate transactions. We construct effective and cost-efficient short and long-term loans by applying a variety of tools including:

Bridge financing:
We offer flexible, interim financing to borrowers who'll need to secure permanent financing at a later time.

Note acquisitions:
We will purchase existing real estate debt or outstanding notes on behalf of a borrower or from an existing lender while arranging for permanent financing.

Preferred equity and mezzanine financing:
We offer this option to borrowers who need to bridge the gap between what a conventional lender is willing to finance and the total amount needed to complete the transaction.
