For more than 70 years, the Rochester Home Builders' Association (RHBA) has continued to strive toward improving the quality and professionalism of the local residential construction industry. The association helps the professional in their challenge of wearing many hats and constantly staying abreast of the latest industry trends, new building technology, innovative financing plans, changes in state and local building codes and ordinances, and much more. Many of these professionals work their way up in the industry to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the construction process. They continue their education and training by attending numerous education seminars, workshops and training programs offered by the RHBA, as well as the state and national home building organizations.
