The Idaho Association of REALTORS is organized to work with Local Boards/Associations and the National Association of REALTORS to serve its members by providing and promoting programs, products and services which enhance members’ freedoms and ability to conduct their individual real estate business with integrity, competency, and security, and to promote and preserve private property rights.

The IAR is the important bridge between your local Board/Association and the National Association of REALTORS.

Membership in a local Board/Association automatically extends your membership to include affiliation with the Idaho Association and the National Association.

Membership is provided through an organization of 22 local Board/Associations of REALTORS across the state and the IAR extends at-large membership to individuals where a local Board/Association does not exist.
