When is a Real Estate Agent a REALTOR®? The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Designations To earn a designation, a REALTOR® has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. 

Consider a Career in Real Estate Helping people buy and sell homes, office buildings, industrial property and corporation farmland, property management, land development, mortgage banking, urban planning, real estate counseling, appraisal and research are all aspects of a career in real estate.

Join Your Local Board of REALTORS® Members belong to one or more of some 1,700 local associations/boards and 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS®. Additionally, they can join one of our many institutes, societies and councils to enhance their expertise and network with other professionals globally.

The North Pulaski Board of REALTORS® represents over 600 REALTORS® in the cities of North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Cabot, Maumelle and surrounding areas.

We sell and manage homes, land and commercial investments in Colfax, California and surrounding areas of Placer County from Auburn to Emigrant Gap, along Highway 174 and in Nevada County as well.

Our membership consists of licensed real estate agents, and appraisers, who are known as REALTORS®.

The association services its members and the public with education courses, legal updates and legislative matters on a national, state and local level. The association has been a strong voice for home ownership for all in the Dutchess County area.
