The North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals is a trade association, which exists to enhance the business opportunities of its members through access to pertinent real estate information, education, recognition and networking. North Texas Commercial Data Exchange
The NTCDX is a member-controlled commercial real estate listing and information system designed to improve data quality, reduce research costs, enhance marketing efforts and return control of the information back to the real estate professional. The database consists of over 21,000 office, industrial and retail properties and 10,000 active listings in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Direct lease, sublease and investment property information is tracked in the system. Information on the available listings is maintained by NTCDX’s locally based research team and individual property representatives.
The Association’s members represent a cross section of the commercial real estate industry, including brokers, leasing professionals, developers, owners, consultants appraisers, property managers, and other affiliated commercial real estate professionals, such as mortgage bankers, title companies, architects, design professionals, law firms and economic development entities.
The mission of the High Point Regional Association of REALTORS® is to promote public trust; enhance the professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and legislative strengths of its members; serve the community and remain at the forefront of protecting private property rights.
The Stamford Board of REALTORS® is a service organization for REALTORS® established in 1919 for the purpose of bettering and elevating the "business of real estate" through education, exchange of ideas and information, and the monitoring and enforcing of ethical standards of practice used by its members.
