The Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS® is the local trade association which represents more than 650 local REALTORS®, Appraisers, and Affiliate members.

Products and Services

Our purpose is to unite those persons, firms, partnerships, associations, corporations and other entities in the real estate business and/or engaged in the promotion or pursuit of its allied interests including among others such status or activity as brokerage, management, mortgage financing, land development, home building, appraising, and likewise owners of real estate wherever, for the purpose of fostering, promoting, protecting and advancing the cause of real estate and interests relating thereto; to adopt and enforce regulations and standards of conduct with respect to the members of the corporation not inconsistent with the purposes of the organization; to disseminate educational literature, data, and other matter and advertise and publicize by any legitimate and appropriate means as may be calculated to enlighten and inform the public generally in matters relating to real estate and other kindred subjects.
