The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) is one of the largest trade associations in Wisconsin. Based in Madison, the WRA represents and provides services to more than 19,000 members statewide, including sales agents, brokers, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys, loan officers, legislators and literally anyone who touches the real estate industry in Wisconsin.
The WRA's goal is to promote the advancement of real estate in Wisconsin and provide cutting edge tools to help REALTORS® enjoy a successful career and be competitive in their market. We offer hundreds of products and services, including access to a legal staff, education, political representation and publications to keep you current on developments, sales trends and news in the industry. The WRA also represents three million homeowners in the state. Through the use of polling data and quarterly surveys, the WRA can protect their interests and rights with legislation geared toward keeping housing affordable and fair.
We are now known as Durango Area Association of REALTORS, Inc. and since it is an obvious mouthful and much too long to say with every call we pick up, we also go by the acronym of DAAR. We support nearly 400 members.
Our Association has been serving REALTOR® needs and those of multiple communities for over 60 years. EMAR is proud to be represented by Board Counsel, Christopher E. Coleman, Esquire, partner in the firm "Carter and Coleman Law Offices", Reading, one of the most highly respected law firms in the area.
Our Mission is... To enhance the ability and opportunity of members to conduct their business successfully, ethically and profitably. To promote and preserve the right to own, transfer and use real property. To increase REALTORS' professionalism, skills, knowledge, and community involvement.
The Summit Association of REALTORS, as the leading advocate of the local real estate industry, provides its members with education and resources that enables them to conduct business professionally, promotes and enforces ethical standards, encourages and protects real property ownership, and improves the quality of life in our community.
The Mid-State Association of REALTORS is a professional trade organization representing REALTORS® and Affiliate members engaged in the real estate business and serving clients in the City of Plainville.
