The North Carolina Association of REALTORSŪ is a non-profit trade association founded in 1921 and incorporated on Sept. 14, 1935. From an initial membership of 135, NCAR today has a membership of more than 40,000 real estate professionals representing 66 local associations statewide.

EPCAR's mission is to promote the ethical behavior of its members and help protect private property rights. Also, provide quality education, programs, products, and services that help its members enhance their business success.

The Valley Association of REALTORSŪ is a professional organization dedicated to promoting excellence in real estate business practices. Our primary service area consists of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Oxford, Seymour and Shelton, Connecticut, though our growing member base includes many agents and affiliates from outside this area.
