GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute
The Alabama Association of REALTORS® offers 16 classroom modules over a
period of eight days. Two, four-hour modules (except Module 201 Code of Ethics,
which is three hours) are offered each day and attendees are able to accommodate
their personal schedules. Courses do not need to be taken in sequence. However,
GRI course work must be completed successfully and certified within a two-year
period that began upon the successful completion of the first GRI Module taken.
These modules satisfy 63 of the 90-hour designation.
